I had to kick the big boys Lowe's and Home Depot to the side for this home project. I called King they had exactly what I needed! The lady was very helpful over the phone and in person! Thanks Guys

Tami Hayes and Brian King were excellent from the moment we walked in the door. They were knowledgeable, took their time with us, gave us all our options, and made excellent recommendations without being pushy or disrespectful. And they were hilarious So basically, just go to King and let them get your lighting life together!

VERY condescending. Looked at ceiling fans and they showed me one for almost $600--Umm no! Found one "elsewhere" but needed a longer downrod. Looked on their website and they appear to have the correct size however when I go over to buy it was told the parts they offer are VERY specific to what they sell and won't fit anything purchased "elsewhere". REALLY? what is the point of being an electrical supply store then? won't be going back and will steer whoever I can away...

King Electric is the best!!! I purchased awesome artwork for my daughter and myself, beautiful lamps and accessories and the absolutely wonderful buys put the icing on the cake!!! Thank you for this wonderful family owned business and their professional staff!!!!

I just had the most wonderful experience with Brian King and the staff of King Electric. Brian was so very helpful and informative of his products that I chose for our home. I could not have asked for any better or courteous service than I received today and the staff completed the sale by helping me load my car. I can honestly say King Electric Customer Service is supreme and I will be shopping there again. Thank you to our local business owners for continuing to serve us. My husband and I finished building in March and every light we have came from King!! First, their selection is like no other and Brian’s knowledge of the products is unmatched. After spending a few minutes with him, he quickly figured out my “style” and went straight to work showing me options. Lighting an entire home was painless. Tami, Jimmy Jr and Brian’s customer service has been exceptional with all questions and concerns since we’ve been in our new home. I think of home lighting as the jewelry of a home and mine is stunning and timeless. Thanks so much for all of your hard work!

Not impressed. The hours they are open are not great. I asked for a home consultation. The lady Ms. Annas didn't show. When I called her, she said I gave her a wrong number.?....she never apologized for my waiting around and didn't even ask if I wanted to re-schedule. AND NOW, I will go to Lowes and spend my money. So much for wanting to support local businesses.

Very tired show room, fixtures are dusty, missing, it looks like some homeless people are living in the show room, because of the couches and stuff. The fixtures are haphazardly arranged, all are well marked, but the prices seemed very high to me, but I worked as an electrical contractor, and I've been in some really nice lighting show rooms. They should encourage customers to view their lighting catalogs, and promote lower pricing for contractors, and other bulk purchases.
