My experience can only be described in one word awesome!!! Lindsey was absolutely over the top wonderful to deal with The service that I received breaking down on the highway and how they took care of me was above and beyond expectation. If anyone in the area ever needs service work done I would suggest going to see them from the general manager right down to Lindsay they performed excellent customer service. Being a service manager in the past I was very impressed of how all was handled even greeted in the showroom by a salesman asking how my day was. This store should be commended and praised by general motors. I was not even driving a GM product and treated this well, five star. Thank you Lindsey I hope you have an incredible summer.
Beware! They will trick you! Don’t believe them if they’ll tell you that you’re only going to pay this amount nothing more, nothing less they will definitely charge you with something or double the price you need to pay! They can manipulate numbers!
While the service department was able to get me in quickly, this is the 2nd tire I have had issues with since I purchased in Aug 2022. I find the tire pressures to all vary and not be topped up properly upon pick up. The tire I had fixed yesterday was again at 196 this morning while the rest were at 215 so it sits considerably lower and we have to top off. For the price we pay for vehicles this should just be done properly. All tires even at the proper pressure before I am given the vehicle back.
Kindersley Mainline Motors, I dealt on my platinum pre-owned 2020 Ram truck online with Chasity, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to get me the best deal possible, as well as Ryan who inked the deal! This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Mainline’s group of companies, and I’m very happy with the purchase so far!

I recently bought a GMC Terrain from here…and the staff is so polite and friendly and I was helped by Patrick…I bought it on 31st even when they were supposed to close at 1PM they stayed to work it out for us as we were coming from saskatoon…and i highly recommend them and Patrick:
I was told to be there to have my vehicle looked at at a specific time, my vehicle wasn’t even looked at until 2 hours after that given time then took 2 hours to be repaired. No loaner vehicles supplied so I had to sit around the lobby all day waiting. On top of that for some reason that I cannot explain they decided to reset the Trip milage tracker on my dash which I had reset the day I bought it two years ago and had been tracking my life time fuel milage for 97,000km now all that data of my fuel milage is gone. Can’t seem to think of any logical reason they would have done this but they did. I normally go to rose-town for service and will continue to do so in the future.

With the lack of vehicles and having to order one, I didn't have that time. Being from Alberta, I searched western Canada for a truck. I found exactly what I wanted with Mainline Chevrolet in Kindersley Sask. I requested some info online and Chasity replied very quickly and the talks began. She has been upfront, diligent on all communication and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. Thank you from Kat and I. Use to have the best service so I traveled 2hrs go go to it. Had truck in yesterday and have never been so disappointed. Appt was at 11 truck never went into garage till after 1 and by 230 it was done cost me 233.00 to tell me they only looked at 2 issues and one the correction was not defined but replace a 360.00 part and maybe its the prob. And it's a part that hasn't worked since they had truck in shop but denied that.Stated they added air to tires for a low tire light was on...never did!! Service workers are not friendly. Not that it matters to them but will not be back and will not recommend them.
