Great service. Friendly, honest staff. You can try selling your clothes or just donating. A textile company picks upwanted items so they don't go to the landfill. Win-win!

Gave new sports wear and decent clothes. No money exhange. Was told t it wasn't what they were looking for. Honestly they seem to be looking for nothing but donations. I hope this actually goes towards charity and not into their own pockets. Barely even looked at my items.

I appreciate how well organized and curated this store is. Sometimes consignment stores are overwhelming but kind exchange does a good job of making it feel like a normal retail store

If you're thinking about dropping things off to sell, don't. They're extremely selective and usually don't take anything in hope that you'd donate it. I dropped off a large bag of near brand-new fall and winter wear. Some still had tags attached. They told me they weren't interested in anything due to the 'wear and tear'.

Staff are unclear about what clothes they are accepting. Not a lot of clothing in general on the floor to shop through. Fitting rooms have two small panels of curtain that don't provide privacy, worse than most fitting rooms.
