i used to love this place but recently it's changed. it's been updated which is cool, their selection is good but the last couple times i went the employees saw me and didn't say anything, and also ignored all the other customers who were browsing. the vibe is now so unwelcoming

This is my favourite luxury consignment store in the city. I have bought many awesome pieces here for great prices including a longchamp bag, Givenchy sandals, an Herve Leger dress, a Bvlgari SLG and more. You generally have to search through the stock but their sale items are always a good buy! I have consigned two items here and had a positive experience both times. I would suggest purchasing clothing items in store unless you are absolutely sure of your size or call ahead to verify.

Meh, it gives me ex toggery vibes. A lot of outdated, old and overpriced pieces. Anything decent was way overpriced. The staff were indefferent and not very friendly. I prefer rewind or second nature which are more like consignment boutiques and everything is very well presented and clean.

Sold many items for next to nothing but that aside the owner Janet is soo rude! She needs to come down from her high horse not even sure why she acts like that! Pathetic!

Poor service and generally unorganized. I don’t understand how this “business” is still open. I contacted them to sell my purse. Completed their online form and heard nothing for weeks. Made several attempts to contact them and was told each time that someone would get back to me by end of day. I even contacted the owner Janet to let her know but she never replied. Over a month later and no one has followed up. I’m gonna take this as a sign that I dodged a bullet because this lack of responsiveness and I organization seems to be the standard with them judging by the other low reviews. They need some serious customer service training.

Edit: I finally managed to get through to someone over the phone and I have since received a cheque. The woman on the phone seemed genuinely sorry for difficulty I've had with them.  I have given two boxes worth of clothing over the past several months and despite attempting to contact them over email and phone, I have never heard back or received any money for my items that have sold. After going into the store, I was told I would receive a check in the mail by the end of the month and now a couple more months have past and nothing. They are still not getting back to me via phone or email. Poor experience consigning.

Their selection is great, and they have great things come in all the time.  However, if you want to consign with them I would caution you not to. There are many other places in Toronto that will consign a lot more hassle free. I brought in 3 great purse in okay shape. 1 small Balenciaga city bag that sold almost instantly but for a very low price... that I didn't even find out till later. I was told that after the weekend they'd be authenticated, and posted and when I signed in online I'd be able to know how much they would go for. I didn't and I wasn't told the split - when they said with each item would be different. And was never told it would be 50/50! I would've done it myself if they had. My second bag was put up and sold for less than the asking price in store. Which they didn't inform me about nor did they consult with me if that was okay. My 3rd bag wasn't even posted up. With multiple follow ups to know avail I decided to pick up my last bag and cheques. And when talking with other people about their experiences they said the store won't post some of your items or even put them on the sales floor. Then lie that they have and when they've had it "out" for a certain amount of time they discount it and sell it to friends. I would buy from this store again but never consign.

I really don't understand the bad reviews about consigning here.  They make the process super easy: I stop in with my stuff and they select what they want; I get an email detailing the inventory and prices; I log in online to see what has sold; I drop in and pick up a cheque once a month; any items that don't sell are returned to me when they expire.  So simple folks!!   My items sell fast here unlike other consignment stores I have dealt with where it seems like nothing sells.  What's not to love!?

Edit:  they did step up to fix the situation .. however, I love the shoes so much I just ended up keeping it and surprisingly the size issue doesn’t seem to be noticeable to some..  finally 1 yr postpartum. I wanted to make this edit because I get notified of thumbs up to the review and I didn’t find my review as relevant in this situation anymore. I still browse their website from time to time so I’ve removed my old review and I’ll trust their authenticity.
