The food is really well done! The place was really busy and they had some inexperienced staff. The inexperienced staff gave some of our food away to another table who ordered some similar dishes. So three dishes arrived and two never showed up. The best part however is that they acknowledged they had made an error. Immediately the manager/owner came out and apologized. He brought out extra appetizers to hold us over until the missing dishes came out. He then offered a discount on the bill. So in the end it turned out to be a really positive experience for us! The save by the manager and experienced staff member really made all the difference. They turned a negative experience around. Great job!
Price: Looking at the prices, I thought they were on the pricey side. However, the amount of food is super good. So I think it’s still fair. Downside: They don’t give you side dishes for free like other Korean places, which is a bummer. Taste: The flavor is good and authentic , but a little too sweet for my taste. I would ask for less sugar next time. Cleanses: the lady is really nice, and was wiping down all the chairs even. Clean and cute place.
This Jasper gem has been around for years. Excellent food quality and all the dishes were very flavorful! We especially enjoyed the soups on a cold day. Great service at well!Food: 5/5
My husband and I really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the Dinner for 2 and a couple extra items from the menu --- Fried Yam and the Short Ribs. They were very busy when we came but they were very attentive of our needs and friendly. One of the best meals we had in Jasper and we ate out a lot during our 4 day stay. We noticed that most businesses in Jasper are experiencing staff shortages. Also, a lot of businesses were family run. You just have to be patient. The wait was worth it.
We found this on a random search while searching for Restaurants on the streets of Jasper and have to say it was a delicious experience. The ambience and customer service was A grade and the food was delicious. This was our first time trying Korean food and we were pleasantly surprised. I would definitely try it again and recommend this place to anyone wanting to try Korean here in Jasper. Please like my review if you find it helpful.
We came here in early Sep 2022 at 8:30pm. The wait time for the food was 45 minutes. We had to wait at the front door for quite some time. Do not expect 3 bus boys to serve you, just waited for one waitress or one Korean lady boss to place an order or paid the bill. I never been to a Korean restaurant that you have to pay for the side dishes. The seafood soup wasn’t bad. The portions were small.
Absolutely incredible food- great service - clean and lovely restaurant. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE FOOD. This is an appetizer I forgot what it’s called Kim chi Jegae soup And spicy chicken bulgogi We literally ate here in Thursday and we’re going to go to Jasper Park Lodge for lunch but changed our minds and just wanted to eat here again instead!! Absolutely delicious food and amazing owner
When we are in Jasper, we always visit here. We ordered Dinner for 2. There was more than enough for my husband my 9 year old and me.It was very tasty. Their price was very reasonable.
We visited this last year. We loved their food. It has big servings and tastes good. While visiting Jasper last year, we dined here twice, that's how much we like the place.
The best choice to have lunch or dinner in Jasper. The food was so good that we went 3 days in a row!!! All we ordered tasted really delicious, and very healthy. Besides, both the owner and the waiters are all very nice, charming and wellcoming. Parking: You cand find easily free parking on the same street, just one block farther from the center.
