Great sandwich and price for special cold cut. The small shop sell lots of Vietnamese products, area is clean and fast service.
The subs are very authentic. It’s like I’ve been back to LA for Vietnamese subs. I like it a lot because not a lot of place will add the Vietnamese mayonnaise inside, and this place did. Will highly recommend it. It doesn’t cost much. Used to be around $3 ish Canadian dollars. But now they raise to $4 a sub.
Just hands down best tasting, most authentic & TOP quality Viet subs I've had in all of BC. 5 Star from me, and i need to come back for a cold cut sub soon!
It's a takeaway banh mi shop. Groceries too but closed now. You have to place the order through the door which is sectioned off. Prices are great, just $5 for a banh mi. However I got a meat banh mi though I requested twice specifically for veggie. Perhaps if you want a veggie then you must specify no meat. Polite staff and fast service.
Oh my I was not expecting to find such a good authentic banh mi. Perfect crispy bread and unbelievably good pork. Get #4 and thank me later!
Delicious light subs, perfect to satisfy your hunger. They are quite big, about 12”. Was great to see the same friendly faces over the years. Thank you once again!
Surprisingly, it's actually very tough to find a really good, authentic banh mi in Vancouver's Little Saigon. But Kim Chau Deli definitely brings the goods. Fresh French baguettes and a generous portion of meat makes their banh mi the best on Kingsway. You may want to keep the hot peppers on the side though.
Vietnamese deli that sells various meatballs, hams, and other goods ranging from instant pho to instant coffee. I come here for their special banh mi - you can’t beat the $4 price and it is one of the best banh mi around the city.
I’m from Toronto. Every time I come to Vancouver I bring an extra luggage to bring back frozen pork sausage, beef balls and spring rolls for my family and friends. These are the best which you will not find anywhere else in the country.
Vegetarian w/ delicious fake ham! bahn mi is the draw here for me. It is seriously top-notch. Super cheap rn i think they're 3.50 each or something, get two for a full meal, you'll thank yourself. Head's up: Cash only.
