Very disappointed. My sister and I bought 2 pieces of fudge and both received stale , hard fudge!! I had asked for a middle piece and was told they don't serve it like that. No refunds or credit given and when I emailed them they never responded. These places are way too over priced to receive bad products and bad customer service! Wow...just saw response from the owner No apologies for YOU not responding to my email or apologizing for your stale fudge I paid 10.00 a slice for just praising your employees ? WOW
The best ice cream in downtown in Grand Heaven
My favorite place in Michigan. Their caramel apples are delicious, I usually get the caramel apple dipped in chocolate then sprinkles with sea salt. The marshmallows are good as well. They have a good variety of ice cream flavors and fudge. Pretty much anything your heart could desire!
Loved coconut flavor ice cream and cherry chocolate ball. Chocolate walnut fudge was nice too.
Love Kilwins and the one in Grand Haven is really close to the beach and other shopping. Kilwins always has great flavors and smells amazing. Staff is always friendly. Higher price point for ice cream.

A little on the pricey side, but the ice cream is so worth it! All of us loved our experience here. There is a wide variety of treats, but the ice cream and fudge are the best. We got ice cream this time, and the waffle cones were perfect and the ice cream was mixed perfectly. My husband had the seasonal apple pie and I had chocolate salted Carmel so good!. This is definitely the place to visit if you go to Grand Haven. There is outdoor seating and the view is lovely.
A little sweet treat while visit family. Quintessential Michigan. A chocolate lovers dream. A must stop if you want a treat plus down town Grand Haven is darling. The staff was a little off with portions. Some gave huge scoops other gave tiny and there was five of us and the scoops were over the place in amount between us. Love their homemade waffle cones.
Spilled my chocolates on the counter then just threw them in a back... Gross.
Kilwins is the best for fudge and ice cream. The only improvement would be to offer water instead of requiring a purchase of a water bottle.
