Kilrich is a great lumber yard and construction material supplier. Staff are great, especially the yard workers. It can get a bit muddy in the yard that's my only complaint. Customer service is top notch if there are any problems in my experience. It's a real Northern kind of place. Honest and hard working.

Never a complaint always had great service off the shelf or special orders. If they are out of a product it’s do to supplier issues it’s not what they are doing.
Kilrich Industries is average, based on my one experience with them. They didn't have the lumber 18 pieces of wood I needed in stock and ended up offering me boards that were 2' longer than I needed. This brought the quote way out of my price range, especially since lumber prices are already exceedingly high these days. They didn't go out of their way to accommodate my needs, which is why I'm giving an average review. Had they offered me the longer boards at discount I would have likely purchased them and offered a five star review. It's back to Home Hardware, I guess...
