Kiko's Flower & Gifts

I live in Colorado and like to send flowers to family in the Western suburbs of Chicago. Kiko's does a great job every single time! Online ordering is easy, and the flowers are beautiful.

I would like to say the customer service is top notch here. Very friendly staff and great communication skills. I ordered the Premium set in which the arrangement looked very full. It was for my mother's birthday/retirement. The delivery took place around 2:15PM. One thing I would people to keep in mind is that the arrangement may not possibly look the same as portrayed on the website. It's just a floral shop thing. Not necessarily this one just all in general. Anyways- The only thing that mattered to me was the recipient reaction. My mom just loved them. So much to the point where she said they were her favorite flowers ever in her life. And she's 68 years old- lots of flower history there. Super pleased with my experience - Would I recommend them? Heck yeah I would..

Dear Kiko, Herb, Andy & Staff Members, You have been our family florist for 30 years or more...Your personal attention to every last detail and never having an unwanted issue arise with your company is something you should all be very proud of...It shows your true dedication! We have hired you over the years to prepare everything from Weddings to funeral arrangements...gifts for all occasion and sometimes just beautiful flowers for no other reason than to say "I Love You" to someone special. Thank you for running a great floral business with total care and attention to perfection and reflected in your end floral products that we have not seen too many other shops over the years. Your son Andy's personal custom enhanced designs at our parents funerals were a reflection of how you have always treated all of your customers like family...thank you and may God continue to bless your family and your business with a continuous and unending bloom... Kiko's did the flowers for our wedding in May 2011. I had pretty specific color choices in mind. Andy and the Kiko's team worked with us to make sure the arrangements were contemporary and stylish. They were in a word : amazing! My bouquet was fresh and lush & bursting with the pinks I had wished for. The table arrangements we equally as impressive. We wanted simple sophisticated pieces to go with the urban landscape of our wedding venue and Kiko's really understood our aesthetic. The table pieces were lovely and coming from two families that expect to take home a centerpiece at the end of the night, we were not disappointed. There were none left for us to take because our families had cleaned the tables empty! As a side note, Kiko's also did my wedding shower at Mon Ami Gabi in Lincoln Park. We opted, again, for simple yet modern sushi platter for each table. At the end of the party the restaurant manager actually asked about them and who our florist was. She said she had never seen anything like them. In my opinion flowers and foliage make an event really pop. Kiko's can be counted on for that "wow" factor.
