I had a very good experience with Ashland Addison Florist. They are very efficient and offer alternatives for delivery costs & time to be delivered. It was a surprise to see a photo of the arrangement before it was sent!!! They run a smooth operation and I was pleased and thankful with their service.

Easy to use online ordering,  outstanding value, plant was much larger and more mature than expected, received a delivery notification email with a picture of the plant I ordered, smart feature

I've ordered flowers from this place twice a year for 10 years and will not do so anymore. I asked for flowers to be delivered by a certain time for in-laws to bring to a birthday dinner and they never showed, and in-laws were late for dinner due to waiting. Long after we all went home, a neighbor from 2 blocks over delivered the flowers which were correctly addressed, but wrongly delivered. I called this morning and they were very brief on the phone, said they would refund the cost, but made zero effort to make it right. Spend your money elsewhere.

Thank you so much, lovely flowers. I don't live in the area, but they sent me a photo of the flowers they made for my aunt, and they were beautiful. Great service!
