Kibble Equipment

Worst company to ever deal with..... closed stores to consolidate claiming to better serve you. Problem is you have to drive an hour to order/get the parts but kibble can't seem to order the right parts even if you babysit them at the computer. Their famous line, "I can have it tomorrow or the next day...." keeping in mind. Absolutely no parts inventory (a single nut and bolt does not count and when it's supposed to be an assembly....) when they claim inventory is higher than ever before. A 5 year old can comprehend and order parts better than kibble equipment. All the devoted mechanics left for other jobs due to their poor management. Every time a piece of equipment goes down what should be a simple fix that takes a day (to wait for parts) turns into a week.... Long story short, don't waste your time going through kibble and use their competition.... with luck kibble will be gone soon so that someone better can come or just go to red and Arnold's of Alden.... they don't disappoint!!!!!.
