JOEL AND HIS GUYS DO AN OUSTANDING JOB. THEY CAME OUT IN A SNOW STORM AND BUTCHARD CATTLE. I WILL HAVE THEM DO ALL MY BUTCHERING FROM NOW ON! DEFFINATLY GET SOME HOT DOGS WHEN YOU ARE THERE. GREAT PACKAGING TOO.
