Paige kept in close contact with me while we tried to find a car that fit my needs. Where other dealerships were quoting 3 month deliveries, Paige found me the perfect match in under a week. It was just the right car, it was the PERFECT car. The whole team went out of their way to make the car buying experience easy. To top it off Paige made sure to deliver the car herself on a Saturday when a delivery driver wasn’t available. The service and experience is second to none! I took a Kia Sportage Hybrid from Kia Red Deer and I can say both the car and the showroom are amazing. They were really professional and helpful especially Dina. They walked me through the specs of the car, the availability and most importantly, even though they explained the extra features and add-ons available to purchase, they didn't try to push me to accept them. During this time, where cars are having lead time of several months, they delivered my car to Airdrie just a week later I booked it ahead of the estimated delivery schedule which was 10 days. They keep me updated about the vehicle status and met their commitments. I will recommend Kia Red Deer anytime.
