Chipotle Mexican Grill

We had our lunch from chipotle, we ordered chicken and veg bowl. Both were rich with ingredients including tomato, peas rice, lettuce, cheese, chicken and jalapeños. It really was worth for money. Bottle water was way too expensive. Customer care was excellent. And waiting time on an average 15-20mnts.

Can it be a bit more professional? Lettuce handing around outside the container. Also,I ask for no sauce or less sauce from those bean and tomatoes but look at the pic from my food it seems so little from pic but there is a lot in the real food. Lastly, chicken is super super salty !!

The taste is different every time, at times there are no fajita veggies and they always give you a small portion of guacamole even if you’re paying for it additionally if not veggie bowl Last time I had the rice bowl, the hot sauce was extremely hot which wasn’t the case in my previous experiences here. Would I recommend this place? I go here as its near to my house, may be go at your risk. I’ve had tasty food here but the quality is not consistent thus rating them a 2 star.

I personally enjoy this chipotle. They are very good with portions, quality, and extremely kind staff. I've gone to this location since it's opening and have never had any issues. I wanted to mention specifically the manager Fayzal is very understanding and has good problem resolution skills. In addition, Shane who was the cashier at my last visit was very helpful. When she was unable to help us with the app - she made sure to get the manager so that the issue could be resolved. Another time, I had taken my bowl home and unfortunately the bowl leaked and when I went to pick it from my car the whole bowl fell to the ground and opened up. I took a picture and on my next visit explained I was disappointed about the quality of the bowl - and they offered a full bowl for free. Overall - always great service and very fast considering the long line ups at this location. All the staff are friendly here!

The food at Chipotle is always amazing. Everything tastes so fresh and they don't skimp on putting all the toppings. The service is also fast. Always my number#1 go to place for burritos or bowlsFood: 5/5

The food is good and i like their flavor and options but the manager at this location isn't friendly. I requested the staff to give me one order in just 2 different boxes I wanted to get some items separately boxed for my picky eater. At the time of payment the manager jumped in said its not allowed and I need to re-order. They wasted my time while I had to manage an active toddler. He was highly unempathetic and rude for no reason - it was a mistake by their staff, not me. At least you can behave nicely!

Disappointed !!!! This was my first time trying Chipotle out with my kids Scarborough Town Centre I told the worker too. You’d think they’d be more forthcoming with information about what’s in the menu. Nope!! They were more interested in keeping the line moving. The food was okay more on the salty side. Not that extraordinary. Not worth the hype. Will not returning there.

Its good food no questions, its just that sometimes they are generous with the portion and other times they are being ridiculous. Two people in line side by side one gets a mountain of food the other not even half that. How do they choose who gets what. So technicaly some people get the best value and others ripped off. What happened to fair treatment. Why not weigh the portions to be fair to all.

There were two young girls serving us at this Chipotle Location… One of them was fine but the other had an EXTREMELY aggressive attitude and was very unprofessional. She had misunderstood the order, and when confronted proceeds to get extremely mad by shoving the food into the bag aggressively and having a rude look on her face. She practically shoved the bag in our face and didn’t say a “have a nice day” or anything.

Health Alert !! Ordered 3 things: The new steak bowl, chicken bowl and chicken qusedias kids meal . The meat both beef and chicken was not cooked properly and it was raw in parts. Also next day all of us 3 ppl have upset stomach. We ordered in person at STC location around 530 pm Oct 30th.
