They need to make changes to tell of the menu through the spicy when it's not.

Food was fresh and good. Service was fast and excellent

I still prefer France KFC more than any where else but this one in Southfield has a fresh fried chicken. Why you don't have a salad ? I appreciate how nice are the employees...

I came back to get three pieces of chicken that they forgot to put in my order two weeks ago. The manager wasn't there whom I had spoken with. He wrote down that I only was getting one piece.

The order was correct but the staff did a lot of talking to each other while trying to service the customers.

Simple order, they forgot the gravy, and of course nobody answers the phone when you try to call and speak to a manager

A little dirty inside. Chicken and side items were ok. KFC is a far cry from what it used to be.
