Uncle Joe's Chicken Fingers

Delicious food! Chicken fingers were tender, tasty, and cooked perfectly with a crispy crust. Came with coleslaw and fries both also very good. Service was wonderful and the place was clean. Very much enjoyed my experience here!

Food was very fresh and tasted great. We got the uncle joes combo and jalapeño poppers and everything was good and priced very fair as well. The uncle joes sauce is very good. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Highly recommended and would go back!

I tried this place a year or two ago, it was pretty good. I was in the area again so I decided to go back. It was a lot more expensive than what I remembered. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful. The food was just okay. Not as good as my first visit. The tenders are small and don't have a whole lot of flavor. I do love that there's not a ton of breading on them though, so that's a plus; however the batter that was on them, was kind of wet from the steam inside the take out box and was sliding off the chicken. That wasn't very fun. All in all, I give my first visit a 4, and this one a 2. So I'm giving it a 3 overall. Unfortunately, I most likely won't return. The service was good, but I believe there are better options for the price.

Taste like Zaxby and Canes. Looks like Zaxby and Canes. It is Detroit version of Zaxby and Canes with fried seafood on the menu. Food is good , chicken not as salty as Zaxby. No sweet tea though but fruit punch is sweet enough I like their wall decorations. They hang some old pictures of Detroit when it was booming and new

Best chicken you will ever have guaranteed. Normally I try to avoid chicken tenders at all costs because when I get food from somewhere there is usually a huge layer of breading and the chicken is dry. Not here, at Uncle Joe’s the breading is thin yet still crispy and the chicken is juicy. Customer service is great. Some of my coworkers from Ohio say its even better than Canes and I agree.

Chicken was popping here. You would be hard pressed to find any better chicken tenders anywhere. Juicy, crispy, hot and fresh. Fries and slaw were good as well but tenders and sauce were the stars of the show.

Food was subpar. The best part of the order was the fries and Uncle Joe's sauce. The chicken tasted like old/burnt grease. This is their second chance from me as before when this happened. I figured they were having an off day. There's been plenty of time between the previous experience and my most recent. They've slacked off on quality and will continue to do so because consumers continue to purchase.

Great fresh tasting chicken! Love their doing mix chicken salad. Their custom sauces go great with the salad. Also the Texas Toasted Bread is to die for. Fast service and friendly staff. Will continue to stop by.

I call this place Canes of the North, but it might even be better than Cane's. My wife & I stumbled on this spot initially at The Palace of Auburn Hills, but found a location closer to home. They have the best chicken fingers in the Metro Detroit area and the sauce that comes with them is definitely a plus. Each meal is cooked to order so its always fresh. The food is affordable and they have combos as well. I've also tasted the cat fish & shrimp which are pretty solid but you can never go wrong with the chicken fingers.
