The food was okay, but the service was terrible. The cashier has no sense of interaction. She was literally showing attitude for no reason. I felt she was racist towards me. I hope she gets a lesson in her life…on how to be polite, respectful and patient with the customer. No hard feelings but the awful service I have ever received….
My boss bought me a dinner. He ordered to go and waited in his car. First time, She gave him the someone else's. That wasn't a big problem. My boss asked her for some plates and forks because there was none. Then she yelled at my boss. I don't know how they trained their workers. That was the worst experience at KFC all time. Oh last thing he ordered potato salad but got the gravy somehow.
I usually do not write bad reviews, but I did feel that this one should be told. Charging for dipping sauce. Really? $0.40 when my wife went up and then $0.55 when I went up. Other stores give this away for free. Pricing of other items is a little higher than most other stores. Non-friendly staff. No smiles, no offers. Plugged and dirty washrooms. The dining area was clean. They did fix the high carbonation in the soda. If you can avoid this KFC. I would recommend it. A friendly smile may have avoided this review.
Dry chicken, close to closing but wouldn't let my daughter use the women's restroom, had us get up and leave so we finished food outside and threw most away it wasn't good. Customer service is lost but seems to be at most fast food
This KFC needs to hire Fluent english speaking people. 90% of the time they get the order wrong Friendly customer service needed, especially when they mess up your order. Don't try to blame it on you yet.
