We go to Boston Pizza all the time. We stopped in at this one on our way home from a business event.nnFood was very bland. My medium rare steak was pretty well alive. And my husbands had just been warm considering it was supposed to have been well done pasta was over cooked, kids didn’t even eat it. Only thing that got eaten was pizza.nnOrdered extra sides- never got them- paid for them though.nnThe waitress must have had a very long day as she looked very sad and I hope she was okay!
Food was nicely cooked while presented hot items were hot and fresh service was exceptional the young waitress with the glasses did an excellent job
Besides the bar taking all the attention,it was a late evening visit. His service should be the same throughout the day. The restraunt side was slow and dark and quiet. I had to use phone lights to see the menu properly. Food took about 15 mins even though you could hear every word the kitchen staff was saying it was that quiet in the dining area.nMy little salad, which I had paid 20 to 22 dollars for, was on a platter, maybe the bottom half of a head of Romain with some undercooked, soft baccon bits and 3 or 4 croutons while the half of chichen breast was not bad.nKids bug n cheese was not sauced very well, and my wife had toomuch sauce on her dish. The service was slow as the three servers had ten guests and managed to stop talking just before we asked for our bill.maybe it was a slow night that staff was in slomode, so any way itwas about 80 dollars with tip and we had to go to a drive through cause we were Hungary,u do the math maybe or not on the return.
Havnt been to a BP for a few years, decided to give it a try. Basically the definition of meh, food is expensive for the quality, service was about as basic as it gets. Atmosphere was good i guess? Options are limited in small towns but probably won't bother stopping next time.
I ordered chicken and mushroom fettuccine with alfredo sauce, but all I could taste was the mushroom sauce. I called them, and. The lady who answered the phone said I could go back and she would give me a side of alfredo sauce. I can't believe this! I won't be returning here. I get the same order from Hinton every other week and it’s delicious, but not in this restaurant!,
