Big crunch only half the size it was now a small crunch , came cold with a pushed flat bun. ceiling has gross old water leak stain . You can do better then this.

This is the location we always go to if wanting KFC. The staff is always so friendly and I genuinely look forward to talking to them. The food we order is always good and the orders are accurate. I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews because we have never had an issue.

Chicken sandwich was awful.. taste like old oil with no chicken ….

I will never go back to this KFC. My family live in the East and this is the KFC we always go too. Over the past year the customer service has just gotten worse. We went to order this evening and a male employee was so rude. He couldn't understand what I was talking about, so he was quite aggressive. I ended up driving away. Never going there again.

We ordered a Father’s Day special that was supposed to include a large popcorn chicken. They were out of popcorn chicken so they substituted it with 2 scrawny pieces of dark meat chicken, one of which was so cooked it was spilt open and the bone was showing. It’s not even a comparable substitution. Unfortunately I sent my teenagers to pick up the dinner, and they just accepted it without question. We won’t be returning to this location, as this is not the first experience we’ve had that did not meet expectations; however, it was definitely the worst!
