I’ve often bought KFC at this location. It’s mostly family deals. The lady employee helped me save over $10.00 on a family meal I had a coupon for. I wanted to thank her again. Love KFC especially their Mac salad. I’ll be back again.

This has to be the worst location I have ever ordered from no seasoning on the chicken at all and it looks like it was mauled by dog. 40$ for a bucket and it’s not even edible. I usual go to the danforth one and they make it proper . This place genuinely pissed me off

After almost a decade, I revisited KFC as they now serve halal chicken.nnChicken Quality: The chicken is reasonably priced but greasier compared to Popeyes. If you prefer less greasy options, the popcorn chicken is a good choice.nnFries: The fries were excellent, crispy and flavorful.nnService: The dining space is ample, and the service was commendable, with a particularly friendly staff member at the counter.nnPrice vs. Quality: Price-wise, KFC is cheaper than Popeyes, but in terms of quality, I still prefer Popeyes.nnTaste: The chicken was juicy with good spice and seasoning. Have frequented a couple of times, unfortunately consistently the service is lacking. A customer service focus/lens could go a long way to improving the experience at this location areas of improvement include lack of front desk staff, lack of service , lengthy wait times irrespective of placing orders ahead of time.

I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up and I was told everything was in the bag. When I got home, to bring the food for my parents and kids, I was missing items from the bag, which was a large side, and the portion of the popcorn chicken is abysmal. I've ordered large popcorn chicken before, and this was 3/4 of an order.... Very frustrating to spend over $100 on food, but to come home with less than expected.
