This is a clean and friendly restaurant. I go here when I am in the Boise area and they are always quick. KFC is probably the least expensive fast food restaurant for fried chicken that I know of and the quality is just as good as the others. This location does allow you to substitute items and so because of these things I would recommend this location

They never get the order right & always forget something. Fast food is one of the simplest jobs out there. The manager did not impress me at all.

People were polite didn't have to wait long for food rest rooms were clean and the food was hot

Manager on shift tonight totally make our trip (through the drive through) totally awesome! So nice to actually get good service and also someone that cares enough to make the "experience"  more than good but fun! Good job buddy! Didn't get your name but you totally deserve the recognition!!! Thank you:-)
