To be direct there was a period of time where my family and I stopped coming to this Denny's. The service had become very poor and the place wasn't very clean like it used to be. And all of that happened at a time where they had changed their menu and the prices had gone up. However, my father loves Denny's. You might say it's his default restaurant, lol. So we went back for the first time in almost a year and the difference was night & day! The servers were spot on, very polite & actually quite cheerful. I was very happy they had literally turned it all around. We now go at least once a month for lunch or dinner and since we've returned, I've never left feeling unsatisfied. I am very happy to say that I would recommend this Denny's to anyone who asked!

I love the remodel. Missing 2 stars because there is room for improvement. The service is lacking. Waited way too long. The food tasted good, but would have been better if it had been brought to us hot. Twice now this has been the case. Not sure there will be a 3rd visit.

I was taking my mother to breakfast, and she chose Denny's. When we got there, there were several people standing at the register, and no one in sight. One person walked out, without paying, because no one was tending the register. After several minutes of standing there, with no one acknowledging the fact that ten people were standing in the front of the restaurant. I then went to let a server know what was going on in the front, and one smart mouthed, rude, obnoxious server says....that's too bad, we're a little busy!! I'm sorry, I have worked in restaurants and other customer service fields, and nothing that happened in this restaurant, at approx 9:15 this morning, resembled customer service. My mother and I left, and will not be back, and I suggest others do the same, until they can get people in there who are polite and customer service oriented!!! By the way, my mother and I had a delightful breakfast at WINGER'S, with great service and friendly people!!

The manager treated us horribly. Worst dining experience. Food was cold after waiting 90 minutes to receive it after we ordered. The only redeeming part of the experience was our waiter Cody who tried to help and apologized profusely. Manager said she would comp all the kids meals and then didn't. Would not recommend this Dennys to anyone. Charged for a meal I could of went to the store bought the ingredients and went home and made in the time it took to get it cold.

Food is always great here. However, the waiter, Cody, just seemed to really not dig working here. Was definitely a negative Nancy. Put me in a slightly dampened mood. Would not recommend Cody, other than to a therapist.
