The dining room was disgusting. We were there early in the day and it looks like the floor hadn't been cleaned from the day before. Dried pop streaked across half the floor which made our shoes sticky. The streak of sticky lead to the kitchen. And the pop fountain hasn't been cleaned in ages. Cleanliness in dining area is horrible. I said something to an employee and nothing was done about the floor. I went to the bathroom on my way out and the floor was unbelievable. There was dirty, sticky residue all over the floor, especially around the edges of the wall. And the middle of the floor on a drain valve there dirty green watery substance. The smell in the bathroom was aweful.

Haven't been here in quite a while because it was so filthy the last time we were there. Well here we are a long time after they get new management & shut down to "train" staff & clean. It did nothing different we went yesterday afternoon & the place was disgusting, filthy, food on the buffet hard & old (biscuits were to solid to even cut open), trash bins overflowing & staff uniforms filthy. A worker even had to wipe a table off so we would have a place to sit. Dont know how anyone can take pride n the job they do there, it's sad.

Tried having dinner, did the buffet, there was only 3 scoops of potatoes, NO chicken for over 20 min. Then once they put chicken out there was no plates. Guy behind the counter got snippy with another gal when she asked if they were going to have chicken cooked soon. We have 6 in our family, plus there were 4 or 5 other people eating too, so the chicken they put out was gone in no time. It was very disappointing.

Good value for buffet, just Need more out on buffet, clean the tables and floors more often
