Absolutely amazing experience!! The location is very convenient... the parking area has enough spaces... the food is well cooked... the service is very quick... the stuffs are super friendly... the interior of this place is very nice... the restrooms are clean... there are some outdoor sitting arrangements which are also very nice... Just loved the place... highly recommended!!!
Order the 8 wings for $8 would have been a good value if I had received the 8. Only received 6 and took well over 20 minutes to receive the order. Staff where all juniors and not a person over the age of 25 could be seen.Food: 1/5
Food was absolutely disgusting. Chips were soggy, wicked wings were soggy and the chicken tenders were that rubbery it wasnt edible. The food used to be good at this establishment but has gone down hill severely recently.Food: 1/5
The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The last two times I have been there, there is hardly a clean table to sit at. The floors have food smeared on them and it feels disgusting. Makes you wonder how clean it is out the back. I will only go to KFC Kelso from now on as it is clean.Food: 4/5
We never get takeaway on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day but we were on holidays so thought we would. The 2 staff preparing our order were run off their feet! They were working so hard but we had to wait at least 30 minutes for our food which was soggy chips, tiny chicken tenders and the chip packet in boxes meals were half full. you need more staff at busy times. People were complaining.

Received the smallest wing in a 3 piece feed, a nugget was bigger and the other 2 pieces wernt very big either. Took a photo but unable to attach . Shame on you KFC Bathurst. Give people what they pay for, you charge enough. Service: 1/5
Absolutely hopeless you go through drive-thru you asked for 6 pieces of chicken in a large chips you drive all the way home to find out you've got 5 pieces of chicken and large chips all for over $20 then when you try to ring the shop it doesn't answer in other words they expect the complaints and they don't want to listen to them well KFC have done it for me no more ever again and if anybody ever asked me I'll tell him what I told you just now
