Great service @ Greco pizza but sadly they need employees to work they are low on staff.
Seems like uncooked dough is an ongoing problem here. Just took mine back. They offered to make me a new pizza, but after reading the reviews, I decided against that. I did notice that they seem to pile cheese on top of toppings. That's going to trap steam and turn the dough soggy. You would think a pizza restaurant would know that.
With a new manager and staff I can only say WOW!!!! What great, fast and friendly service, and the food was delicious.
Just horrible! Ordered a party pizza to go, the dough was uncooked... they delivered us another one and was even worse than the first one. A real joke, you'd think they would take the time to properly cook it after doing a complaint! Lost a good few customer today.
We ordered online and picked up in store. Their Donair pizza is amazing. The service is great, bilingual and punctual. The restaurant including the facilities are clean and family friendly.
Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered a pizza for pick up, once got home noticed the dough wasnt cooked. Called got them to deliver another pizza, when it showed up it was less cooked then the first one. Will not be going back there.
The Greco App didn't even say it was out of the oven. Pizza arrived 40 minutes after Tracker said it went in oven. It was barely warm and we couldn't even tell what kind it was. We ordered the Cheeseburger Pizza and it had almost no cheese at all. Had to look for the cheese but really couldn't find any to speak of. So much for description of gooey cheese...joke. It had crumbled meat and tons of onions. When the delivery guy handed it to me he did not take it out of a heat bag. He handed it to me, box wasn't hot , neither was Pizza and all i smelled was onion... very strong onion. One Pizza, tax and we had actually included a tip, was over $27. Unbelievable. I tried it and could not get past one piece.
