Today 12:26 , September 1st. They were extremely confused about everything. My pickup time was 10 minutes ago and one of them even said that he has no idea what my order was. Had to wait another 10 minutes . Which makes my order 20 minutes late. They need new better staff. Before today - if I came for pickup - everything was ready on time. Today every seemed very disorganized and everyone confused about what they were doing.
I always forget that this KFC sucks. I ordered the bacon chicken sandwich. Everything was cold. The sandwich was falling apart and there was so much sauce that it made a mess everywhere. It’s clear the guy who put the food together slapped it together not caring about quality. For a $20 bill I’d expect better.
They had an uber eats deal for 2 scorcher chicken sandwiches bogo. I ordered it with a small coleslaw. I'm glad I got the coleslaw however instead of my 2 sandwiches I got two milk 2 go drinks. I got the refund for the sandwiches on uber eats but I still paid $12 for all the other fees which I didn't get refunded for so needless to say, I'm upset.
It's been quite a few years since we had KFC chicken. The chicken pieces were small compare to competitors. The chicken were soggy and salty, gravy was tasteless. We will not be returning to KFC.Food: 2/5

This KFC location in Waterdown Ontario, is the worst restaurant. There customer service staff is very rude. I have been a regular customer at this location. Until today I stop at this location to place my order @ 8:20 I was told by the staff that they are closing in 40 minutes, so therefore she cannot serve me. I in return had to wait 10 minutes because I was in line the drive through. I went to the window to asked for a manager contact and was given and attitude. After reading these reviews, now it’s given me and in site how we are treated as a customer at this location. I would love all these customers, to let us all sign a petition against this particular location. This is a small community where we all should love and respect each other.
Ordered a three-piece two legs one thigh I've seen cornish hens that were bigger than these pieces of chicken for $14 I'll never go there again
Disappointed today. Chicken was dry and the breading was darker than usual suggesting it was over cooked. Have purchased here several times before with good results.
Closed at 8pm on a Saturday when it states open 11am-9pm. WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE WHEN I WORKED HERE 10 YEARS AGO!
Had such a great experience food is always hot and fresh very clean restaurant staff are so kind and helpful
