I ordered the gravy lovers feast. Take out. They forgot the gravy. terrible. The popcorn chicken was white from being undercooked. Don’t do it. Someone obviously told the staff To try and save some pennies. They also don’t use the proper seasoning. Worst kfc flavour I’ve had.
The woman was so upset and rude, the tables were incredibly dirty. We asked her to clean one table, but she didn’t want to clean it and we had to do it ourself and she deliberately made noises by pulling the chairs and garbage bin hardly just for making us feel uncomfortable. I Would have given it 0 star if we could, definitely not come back again!
This is the worst KFC restaurant I have purchased food from. They do not really serve KFC food. The chicken we ordered had no seasoning, the gravy was bland and the fries were unsalted. If you want KFC food, this is not the place to purchase it. We will never be back.
Our food was great. Very busy when we ordered, so they chipped in a free order of chicken tenders. Hot food KFC style
Honestly surprised if you don't catch salmonella. Walking in the door. Everything from floors to the tables are disgusting. Staff was unfriendly. And couldn't care less about taking orders correctly. Boils down to poor management.

I thought the service was good restaurant and washrooms were clean. No problems parking. Could use a refurb but all kfcs are the same so not their fault. Vegetarian options: Vegan
Run as fast as you can in the other direction from the cranbrook KFC. Colonel Sanders would be spinning in his grave if he saw the staff and quality of this restaurant . The oil has not been changed in a while i assume to save money, the chicken used seems to be the lowest quality and is dry and burnt. It is so dirty in the restaurant and bathroom that take out is recommended
I have a older lady that loves Kentucky fried chicken so I like yo treat her with it every once in awhile. I am sorry to say that this time it did not even taste the same. Not sure if the recipe is not being done properly but was very disappointed. Will give another try and if it isn’t good will not be going back.
Absolutely terrible. I got a 6 piece with fries and gravy. The 6 pieces were the size of chicken wings. Think they're missing a few spices too. Fries and gravy were no better. Go to A&W, way better
