Wish I could give no stars! Placed order online so I wouldn’t have to wait in store. Order was to be ready by 6:27. We got there and there were 3 people in line ahead of us. After 10 minutes we were at the front of line. I said I had a pick up order. It was NOT ready so we had to sit and wait. Our sides were already bagged but our chicken was not ready. We waited until 6:45 for our food. Although our chicken is hot all our sides are now cold and mushy. I do not recommend ordering online. I also wouldn’t go to this location if you don’t have time to sit and wait!!

Our KFC absolutely #%^£¢'s here in Michigan City. You don't have enough room for all the complaints. We drive all the way to LaPorte 16 miles away to KFC to get it. If I had checked my last meal before leaving I absolutely would have thrown it at them! When posted on Facebook I had over 40 similar complaints. Not a joke!Food: 1/5

KFC is always hit or miss. Honestly I come here because the employees are cool. They really do make you feel like you’re old friends when you pull up to the window. I can’t give 5 stars because the prices seem to have increased a lot and the drive thru speaker is always broken. You have to pull up to the window and place your order and then wait forever to get your food. It’s annoying. But when you pull up, the cashier is always cool. I’ve never had one not be cool. I probably shouldn’t tell this but one time we ordered biscuits but they didn’t have any ready and we couldn’t wait. They actually gave us the frozen biscuits and we baked them at home. This really happened. Some people may say that’s horrible, but I say they went above and beyond to make sure I got my order and didn’t have to wait for them to bake biscuits. They respected my time and had I waited for them to bake the biscuits, my chicken would have been really cold. Either way, I like this location. Seems to be clean and they have nice people working there.

They are very racist! if your a person of color don’t waste your time as long as they have the same staff, management should strongly consider hiring newer employees! Then maybe sales for this location will progress! We live in a world full of diversity this need’s to stop!!

Interior was completely dirty everything the manager just threw our food in the bag was very unpleasant the only nice person there only nice person there was a dishwasher he was the one that came to take our order he was the most pleasant person there I will never return there it was horrible I'm surprised they're still open

I went in for my dinner tonight and got all the way home before realizing I only received part of my order. The other part was incorrect. I went back up there with my receipt and they were extremely apologetic and insured to correct what was wrong. They went above and beyond! They replaced the entire meal and even gave me a few extras to ensure that I was happy. Overall great experience!

All of my food was reheated they reheated the chicken with tongs in the deep fryer and the french fries were bone cold I will never eat there again because for $10 for chicken sandwich I expect it to be fresh and hot I will never waste my money there again

Ordered a number 1 the chicken was extremely greasy , the biscuit was undercooked and my soft drink was warm a flat first time going to this location also my last !

Drive through speakers and drivthrough windows been broke for years . The employees can't count chicken correctly, so check your bag before you pull away .Food: 1/5
