My husband and I haven’t been out to eat since the birth of our daughter in June. We took a trip to Chicago on Thursday, and on the way we stopped at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Michigan City. We sat in the bar area. I don’t remember our servers name, but he was very attentive. He made sure we knew the specials, drink glasses filled on time, checked to make sure everything tasted good. He took empty plates as we were finished with them. The next time we are out that way, we would certainly stop and eat there again!

I am personally a bug fan of BUffalo wild wings but this visit to this location was unpleasant. Our server made the experience weird, there were hardly people at the restaurant but our simple order of 12 boneless wings took forever to make it to us. We werent offered celery carrots and we had to ask for it, we ordered a Mojito and Angry orchard which both happened to be subpar that we are used to. Worst of worst even the wings came too salty to be eaten and we had to leave it. So I dont know what was going on but I won't be returning back.

the worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my life, horrible presentation, super salty and bad taste, the wings just as salty and poorly cooked, bad attention from a person who I suppose is the manager, terrible service, the food is very bad, I would never go back to this place, although I didn't eat their bad burger they charged me for it. recommendation do not visit this place please

The food and drinks were wonderful. Our waitress kept refilling my drink, which I very much appreciated. I probably consumed 800 calories worth of coke just from that. When I went to the bathroom though, I was pushed to the side by a girl that was cleaning. even though i didn’t have to use the bathroom, and just went in there to fix my hair, i felt obligated to use the restroom. she then started playing loud music. i highly recommend chips and guac, even though they’re not authentic. i will visit again. i asked for 10 wings and i received over 20

You would think they would get management into this location that can actually make a positive change. You call multiple times and get hung up on or placed on hold for long periods of time only to be told they forget you’re on the phone. I call in one day to place an order. Got hung up on 3 times after asked “can you please hold?” Then finally after calling back again & placed on hold. I waited for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I drove into the Michigan City location with phone still in hand & on hold, to walk into an empty restaurant & no other customers at the counter. Why am I on hold still? Now I’ve wasted over 30 minutes just trying to place an order. Called in today only to be placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Called back with my daughters phone & was able to place an order right away with my other call still on hold. How does this makes any sense. Ask to speak with a manager. The manager Tim gets on the phone to make excuses & tells me he can see why it happens because he forgets people on calls all the time & explained how he just earlier forgot a man on hold! At this point it is not the regular staff that is at fault, it’s the management that cannot conduct the business in an orderly fashion with good customer service & cannot instill it into his staff if he doesn’t care or carry good customer service traits. Didn’t even get an apology or that they would work on doing better. I guess calling above him is the only way to get this resolved. We are not just talking about an every blue moon ordeal with this locations customer service issues. This is every time you try to dine in or place an order for carry out. It’s always something.

Waited 15 minutes for server to take drink order. Ordered drinks and appetizers. After 45 minutes and asking 3 times our appetizers came to the table cold. Still hadn't made our dinner order. Asked server to take back appetizers and take off bill and we were going to leave. Still had to pay for drinks after all that. Horrible service that night

Great service and food, but over priced on mixed drinks, they charged my daughter in law $4.00 for 1 can of red bull she had 4 cocktails and the red bull cost more than the alcohol. Small glass I do not believe that whole can fit in the glass. Total rip off

Awesome food,I highly recommend the cheese curds with caramel dip sauce

I love this place cuz there were a lot of Packers fans there. Plus, really nice people. Wait staff... ehhh, it's always busy so I'm sure they do their best but it's just ok. Not a bad place. Go Pack Go.
