Food was hot, fresh and savory! Will be eating here again. Preferably I go around lunch time when the food is most delicious in my personal opinion.
Really anyone who is like "there are loud noises in the back" or "make sure to always check your order " are just people that can't talk and or take things to personal. The place is actually great the food is great, the staff is great and overall it's great keep up the good work
They always forget something out of my order... Need to be more observant otherwise a decent location
Overall, the staff there is extremely nice. I was out of state picking up a purchase I’d made and decided to stop here, I was about an hour away from home and picked up food for me and my family. It was a medium sized order but with very simple, unedited items. When they gave me the bags everything seemed fine but upon returning home we were missing our popcorn chicken. We called to try and get a refund for the one missing item and were informed we had to go in to get a refund. This was mildly frustrating, not because of them, but because it was another hour drive for us and it was getting late, to the point where we’d get there 30 minutes before they closed. BUT we figured we’d go, because at the time I was annoyed enough to care that strongly about my 11$. So we went, and upon arriving he prepared the popcorn chicken for us and asked what else he could do for us. Automatically amazing service quality. I asked if the entire order could be redone so I wouldn’t be going home to cold food and the manager without hesitance went to remake the order for us, this time everything was in the properly and we were even given a free pepsi because someone had driven off which was a nice extra touch.
Not very impressed with KFC anymore. The staff is pleasant and helpfull, howevere, in my opinion the extra crispy is regular crispy! It's just extra greasy, and the side orders are smaller, and the last thing I can't understand, is they started putting thier side orders in new spill proof containers, which is great, except the gravy!!! Thats the one that usually dumps out in the bag while heading home....

**Always double check your order and bag before driving off** These Kfcs can never get the orders right. I asked for 3 fill up boxes. The girl filling the order even asked me if I ordered 2 sides. I confirmed yes. Apparently she was waiting for the side to be completed and never placed the sides in the bag. I go home to find out that there were 2 sides missing. It is quite annoying that can't double check the order. Never had this problem with other fried chicken restaurants. Food is average, but I will be avoiding KFC due to the multiple times they have forgotten the sides.
Service is okay. There was some loud noise that was on constantly while I was there so for over 10 minutes, it was hard to hear the cashier. The food was great though. I hadn't had KFC in a long time and I was happy that I had stopped to get it. Prices are so so for me.
My friend and I have dined in and also used the drive thru. Either way your food comes out steaming hot, which is great. Service is good, but it seems to be faster when you drive thru. When we dined in we were waiting longer than expected. The first time we ate there though, these guys were checking out his car and even tried to see if it was unlocked.... lock up your car and enjoy your meal.
Very social service. Cashier was packing orders and preparing food. Complain to manager indicated that short of staff and he has a cold. Also advise them cashiers taking money and preparing the food in addition to she's not washing their hands. No gloves on at all.
