been there on two different occasions and both times did not have enough chicken ready to complete my order —- amd this is at 4pm so i’m gonna give up on this store. i’ve traveled all over the us and have never had this problem anywhere else but in ripon wis. could this be poor management? i have the feeling!

We have been waiting in line for 25 minutes. The line is so long people waiting that a lot left. All the employees have standing around and laughing. It's nice to run a business this way.Guess you will be closiclosing your doors soon.
Slow and rude service. Went in to order carry out during COVID, everything is filthy. The calls for extra cleaning have definitely gone unheeded.
