Drive thru service was quick and accurate for the amount of vehicles that came through for dinner rush. All of our items were accurate and my only qualm was that my veggie burger could have been put on the grill a little longer it was rather mushy.
Got a double butter burger basket with shake of the day. My shake looked like it sat there for awhile. When I asked the person shrugged their shoulders and said I dont know and walked away. My fries were warm, my burger was ok. I normal love Culver's but this was gross.
The food is good, the custard great ! The line was long in drive up and you need to check your order. I have been shorted a custard double and another time a fish sandwich.
I have always had good food and service at Culver's until today. I ordered 2 kids meals. One burger was not cooked thoroughly. Both orders of fries were cold. Both of the Free Scoop coupons had been ripped off the bags. Hopefully, it will not happen again
Cheese burger was not done as asked. Wanted well done and was not. Hardly warm.
