While I appreciate you trying to be the fastest drive up in the west, I don't appreciate my order being incomplete not to mention having the gravy spill all over everything in both bags! Slow down just a little and make sure orders are complete and that the gravy is level!

Worst KFC meal to date, 4 piece tender, completely over cooked and dry. They gave me 1 tender, 1 messed up looking tender and 4 over sized popcorn chicken bites, all over cooked and dried up. This was at 4:30pm on a Friday night.

Playing Russian roulette going to this location. Most of the time, the food tastes like it is several hours old. The buckets of chicken are filled with tiny pieces and are overcooked. This location has really gone into the dumpsters from a couple years ago.

Chicken strips were so small. Portion of the mashed potatoes was small. I will never spend my money on this again.

Went through the drive thru and was greeted very friendly. Tracey was so helpful and comfortable to talk to. Served us quickly with a happy attitude!

1 star just for the unorganized mess this place is alone. I ordered online and had a set pickup time. Got there and received my food more than 35 minutes later! Was told they "didn't have anyone here to cover online orders." Then why is online ordering available at all? GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER KFC!

I've never been to this location before tried it out the other day and was very disappointed. The chicken looked like a wet chew toy and there was gravy all over the bag . Don't waste your time or your money they clearly don't care !!
