They don't have tracking system, you have to wait when somebody will scream your order if you miss this one, somebody else can take your Qurito :-P like in IndiaFood: 4/5
We had to wait 25+ minutes for a single burger. We were offered free water as compensation, but still, could have been solved in a better way. I'd be happy to choose another item if I knew it would take so long for this one.
Ordered with kfc application, with certain pickup time, when arrived i had to wait for 10 minutes, they didn't receive the order in time. Later I got home and they gave me literally 5 pieces of french fries. Can even report it, cause when i click on the order within the app, it just loads infinitely.
Average KFC. Overall, very strange and inconvenient design of the restaurant. Restrooms are 2 levels down from cash desk via the stairs.
IT IS A COMPLAINT that I placed an order online and it showed “picked up” so I went to the restaurant. Unfortunately, I waited for another 15 minutes to get the food because your crew JUST started to prepare my order when I asked "where is my order?". Furthermore, the manger on duty unprofessionally informed me “please wait another 3 minutes” WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY EXPLANATION. It is a VERY UNPLEASANT experience.
I asked for a vegan item, and got offered a "vegan twister". Unfortunately, it turns out, they have no such thing, meaning what I ate was animal-derived cheese for which goats had to suffer. Well I should have been more cautious, but still they definitely gave me the wrong information when I went there to get food
Queues here are really horrible, usually one person is taking the orders so you will wait in line for maybe 10 minutes if it's around the lunchtime. Order completion is okay and wait time after you order is not really bad either.
My order went horribly wrong, and when i checked google? There are like 20 five stars review from some bot accounts? No comment. NEVER coming back!
We stayed in Prague for 4 days, and KFC was the place we experienced the kindest staff. Jarka was extremely helpful even though her English was not perfect. She still did her very best and we got our order as expected. Unfortunately the food was a little bit slobby...
