KF Tea Pickering

Greeted right when I stepped inside the tea shop. Lots of variety so I stood on the side to have a look at the full menu. I had my eyes on the specialties tea to truly determine the quality. Tried the Kung Fu green tea and it was super delicious. I read this in the menu and I was extremely happy with the end result. At Kung Fu Tea, every beverage is made-to-order with real Kung Fu. Our tea is freshly brewed every 3 hours using premium tea leaves. I definitely recommend this tea shop.

We ha e been wanting to try KF Tea for a while now and today was the day! We got the following: Carmel Machiatto with Tapioca, Mango Creamsicle with Tapioca, Lychee Punch with Grape Popping Bubbles, and a Orea Slush with Tapioca. It is extremely yummy, tasty....and just simply DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful when kids were making a decision. If you are in the area, stop and get a bubble tea. Great place!

Amazing customer service! Location is very convenient as well. My very first visit was a week after opening and the girl who took my order was very friendly and sweet! I visited again and received the wrong toppings in my drink note: I absolutely hate complaining as I work in food & customer service myself and feel bad as they have to remake the drink; however, an employee apologized then remade my drink right away! My family and I are now obsessed and continue to purchase KF Tea almost every week!

I intially loved going here since there's no other bubble tea store in North Pickering. I was a loyal and frequent customer until the prices went up and consistency decreased. As another reviewer noted, there certainly has been a steep increase in the pricing. A drink I frequently ordered used to cost $4.69, which was then increased to $5.97 and is now $6.85. These increases were all within a span of 8 months, not to mention the cup sizes are smaller now too. On top of that, they've removed the coupons that used to sit by the cashier so now you don't have any chance of getting some $$ off. You're basically now paying more for less with 0 chance to save. Another thing also is that the service is inconsistent most of the times. When asked for no ice, they sometimes still add ice. When you ask for the tapioca and pay extra for it, they don't add the tapioca. This can't be blamed on new hires because the owner himself has made these mistakes. If you actually get what you ordered, the drinks taste delicious.

One of the yummiest bubble teas I ever did have in N. America. Went with my family and we all got different teas to try. Overall great bubble tea, they have a lot of different varieties and specials with their drinks so it can be overwhelming at times, the staff was helpful when we had questions. The teashop decor is very clean and spacious. The best thing is it's reasonably priced and pretty refreshing without being overbearing in sweetness!

The tea and the coffee are the best. All employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Any time I am in the store I feel like very valued customer. Highly recommend. I tried many bubble tea places before but KF tea Pickering is really different than any other. Very new store and new on Uber eats but we were sooooo excited that this chain opened up in Pickering! It’s Kung fu tea but not the same menu as in Markham and other Canadian locations. This is the first that has the American menu. Not sure if it is because the time we ordered near end of day but lots of out of stock drinks. There was a slight hiccup with the Uber system that made the store only see one drink and they called us to say it was out of stock too. Uber delivered it with just one drink when we ordered 4, so the owners called and made the drinks when the store was already closed. Another drink was out of stock but they made us an alternative drink. They had a worker deliver and refund us the entire Uber order in cash. Very unexpected and great customer service. The drinks were really good too! Looking forward to ordering more! Very impressed with the drinks and most importantly the customer service. Welcome to another good bbt chain here to Pickering!

This is a great spot with a wide variety of flavours. The service was fast, the product was flavourful and the price is the average compared to competitors on the market. Highly recommend it.

The quality of the milk tea is amazing and the taste is just as good. They have milk teas, punches, lemonades, slushes, and a bunch more things. Also, the staff are really nice, they give pretty good recommendations for the milk teas. They are a little bit more on the pricey end though. $7 for a large, $5 for a medium.

I personally fell in love with this place even when it first came out!! Myself and the owner have had a great connection and I love to go in there to see him. The boba is always fresh and the whole place is very up to standards. Decent pricing with fun new drinks coming out every few weeks! I personally recommend the Oreo wow hahaha 100% my go to place I suggest going!
