A good experience with the staff when they are helping me is one of the things that I value most. When I was signing up, the staff member was extremely rude. I actually had him refund my membership right after signing up but unfortunately i had to go back because the other gym I go to in town was closed. I would recommend some customer service courses for your staff. That being said, it is a clean gym with nice equipment, and they have showers, which is nice.

Clean gym with 24hr access. Usually not too packed at all. Helpful staff.

Great gym! Love the 24 hr access, has a variety of equipment. Only down fall is the equipment that break take awhile to get fixed.

Usually pretty quite and I've rarely had a problem getting the equipment I plan on using. Members have 24hr keycard access to the fitness side.
