We tried this for the 1st time and loved everything! The cauliflower sushi was very good with a creamy texture, absolutely loved it! can easily replace regular sushi with it The burger was very tasty and filling but not in a sluggish way The mushroom pasta was so light with the perfect balance of flavour. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection The chocolate mousse way very rich in flavour. loved how they mainly use dark chocolate But from the whole meal the Cheesecake takes 1st place!! Better then any cheesecake I've ever had including any from The Cheesecake Factory Next time we're getting our own slices instead of sharing lol The whole meal was light tasty, inspiring, enjoyable the only thing was the price is steep. This whole meal was $88 Would we do it again? Yes On a regular base? No, unless we become rich Do I recommend it? 100% The perfect place to enjoy guilt free meals

So as many other low reviews, one negative experience is the time management! On the uber eats app for pickup says 25-35 min, and delivery 45-55 min but our order took over an hour and actually 15 min more than what the app said would be ready! we got notification its ready for pick up but given the order 15 min later!  Talking to the chef/ person responsible there, Got the feeling she was the only one working at the back hence very overwhelmed, her responses came a bit rude at first in which she tried to compensate with extra cookies. Appreciate the effort.  I had also ordered the cookies myself too, I was a bit shocked by the size how small it is compare to the price, but tasty nevertheless.  Ordered the pepperoni pizza, on the pricey side but actually very tasty and good would definitely recommend.  This is what would bring me back to endure the pain of extra waiting!  I have tried many buffalo cauliflower, but here was a bit disappointing, no crunch or sauce with it what-so ever. Very bland.  Chicken Caesar was satisfactory. Need sauce with it though.  Keto Salmon sushi rolls were good alternative sushi options.  I have yet to try the bagels and bread!  Overall I think the concept of the restaurant is good and saw few orders coming in while I was there waiting,because this is located at the back of another restaurant, I saw people coming in asking for keto restaurant more than the restaurant at the front which is a sushi place! but it needs improvement, which I think most them would be solved by hiring more peopleto greet or come to front and talk with customers, to help with packing and handling orders etc.., and setting the right exceptions from beginning. Most disappointing experience ive ever had in toronto. Compare the uber images with what i received.  My partner and I ordered via Uber over $90 worth of food from this place as she is diabetic. The food was NOTHING like the pictures - not in freshness stale, quantity two mouthfuls at most, taste lacking flavour or look totally different to pictures on menu. It was the most disappointing let down of our Saturday night in. I’ve eaten from many Keto restaurants and this one has to be the worst I’ve come across.  What was delivered for over $90 honestly would feed 1 person. We ordered the chicken ‘burger’, two slices of ‘pizza’, ‘lasagna’, green salad, chocolate mousse and drinks. The only items that resembled anything on their menu was the salad and drinks! Never again and would never recommend - they should be ashamed of their outrageous charges.  Complete rip-off and waste of money and time - I’m annoyed I’m even having to write this review to warn others not to eat from here.  They should have paid us to eat this…

I had ordered Tiramisu cupcakes to celebrate a occasion of my friend’s who are on Keto diet. They loved them and we also enjoyed them. Despite being Keto, the cupcakes were delicious. The lady who delivered the cupcakes was courteous and kind. We loved the entire experience of ordering from the site. Keep up the good job!

Very delicious keto food! Had the burger encased in one of the best keto buns I've tried, possibly too bready, but it mixed great with a decently cooked party and lots of cheese / mayo.  Also downed the entire order of Buffalo cauliflower. As a lover of spicy food, it was lacking heat, but overall perfectly cooked.  Will be stopping by again when in town. The customer service was fantastic as well.

I usually don’t write many reviews but I must rave about the cupcakes. Almost tastes too good to be true! I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. I luckily live close-by so I will definitely be ordering for delivery, and not through Uber eats again. Thank you Ketodelia for making amazing food with great ingredients !!!

This place is terrible. The first time I ordered, they sent the dasher with the wrong order and I didn’t get my order until 2 hours later when another dasher was sent. The second time I ordered, I never received a delivery time or confirmation of order until 2.5 hours after I placed my order. I ordered shortly before 7 and someone came to my door at 9:30 and the entire time I never received confirmation that the order was even coming at all. I called the restaurant multiple times and no one picked up or responded to the voicemail. The restaurant made no effort to acknowledge this or offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience. Besides the awful customer service, the food is ridiculous. It is so overpriced for what you actually receive. They perhaps use fake pictures for their items because the pictures never match what you get. The chicken tenders looked nothing like they do in the picture, same with the sushi rolls. Between the ridiculous prices, the mediocre food, and the terrible customer service, I will never order from this restaurant again.

Food was really good, but we didn't realize this isn't a seated restaurant and I want Google to know this! They operate out of a sushi restaurant. We had to order online and ritual gave us the wrong time, we got back 20 minutes later ane we're told another 25 minutes, it was difficult because we had a toddler and showed up hungry and had to walk around. That said they included some apology cookies, and the gluten free pizza and hamburger were really good portion of pizza was small, but nothing shocking for gluten free folks. We'll go back but have learned to not show up hungry.  Vegetarian options: God vegetarian options, did not see vegan pizza options unfortunately for my dairy free husband.  But there were other vegan options.  Dietary restrictions: My husband is celiac and it was nice to find a dedicated place for him.

I'm always looking  for great keto food! Finally,  I found the place! Ketodelia menu is versatile and tasty. I loved chicken burger, shrimp appetizers,  muffins, and especially,  KETO SUSHI! Things made from scratch and taste amazing. I love Ketodelia!

It was my first purchase in this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. Ordered keto pasta Bologna style and it was delicious . To be honest much better then any above average pasta in any Canadian restaurant.  Will definitely try more again when will be around.
