I love their keto friendly cakes here. They've also got other keto friendly, low carb, vegan items such as pastas, condiments, chocolates, candies and so much more for sale here. They've got fridges filled with different types of keto buns, hotdog buns, burger buns, breads... for sale. My only wish for this place is that they'd have an online store so that customers can place online orders and have it shipped. To order a keto birthday cake or any keto cake, you have to call them 5 to 7 days ahead to place your order. They've got an Instagram account but I find that they do not respond to messages on there; so the best way to get in contact with them would be to go to the store or call them. Great staffs and clean store.

Been there this weekend , our 3rd time here. So delicious, so tasty, at first I found the prices a little bit expensive but with this high quality , in my opinion, its reasonable. Staff are very nice, place is very clean. I like that a customer can call and place on hold to pick up the next day or same day not sure if more than a day I recommend it

Super pleased that this place exists in Mississauga! The bakery is located on the left side of the plaza. It is relatively new Nov 2018 it can be a bit tricky at first to find. There is signage on the address, but the sign above the shop is currently missing being fixed or changed? so just park towards the left east side. It’s a few minutes away from Clarkson GO station. It’s got a wonderful selection of keto baked goods, and they also have a wide selection of keto friendly pantry items like protein bars, dressing, konjac noodles and black bean/soybean pastas for sale I hadn’t seen before. It was quite busy with a steady stream of clients before and after I arrived. The ladies were super knowledgeable about all of their products and could answer any questions. The downside of this amazing amount of q&a opportunity is that it can take some time to go through customers’ turns, but once you have their attention they make sure to help you out. There is a handy information sheet with nutritional value unbelievable for how amazing the food tasted I must add! and it sounded like they change up the menu/offerings sometimes. Was personally hoping to find something like Tiramisu here but was instead happy to have a Hostess Cupcake Cake wonderfully decadent chocolaty cake. Taste test: I had the lemon crumble bar, lemon/blueberry bar and hostess cupcake cake. They all passed the taste test with flying colours.. and my non-keto family members who couldn’t believe there were so little carbs and flour and couldn’t tell they were keto. Definitely tasty, not overly sweet which I like and the lemon crumble is very lemony. Tastes homemade and they keep well in the fridge. There seems to be a few kinks noted below but I’m giving five stars because I am super happy with this being offered and the shop has so much potential to serve a growing community of folks who are being more conscientious of their diet without sacrificing flavour. Keto baked goods are very time intensive and have expensive ingredients, so the convenience factor is amazing. Given this it’s not surprising that the prices are a bit on the higher end not overly crazy though considering cost of ingredients, time to make, and availability Seeing that helping and answering clients takes a lot of time, I think the biggest improvement could be the information bottleneck being addressed with clearer signage and labels of the items. - Better signage that makes it more self-explanatory as you browse through the selection. - I’m sure the storefront signage will be fixed soon, but aside from that, the fridge display are not labelled at the time of my visit and it was a wild guess what you’re choosing without constantly glancing over and turning your head to the whiteboards on the wall OR relying on the staff /owners to explain each item. - A simple label inside or marker on the display would do wonders - no price list or stickers on pantry items.. had to ask each one Regardless, I hope they will iron out some of these kinks as I’ll visit again when I get a sweet tooth craving! They are worth it!

Delicious Keto Treats with relevant Net carb information for their baked goods.There were a few pre-packed products and frozen foods Bread, bagels,Keto Pizza etc. I appreciated the customer service.Lady was friendly,helpful and informative. The most important aspect is the taste,which was great.The double chocolate cupcake tasted like something I shouldn't be eating on this diet....which only means it was good.The prices are as expected for specialty foods as ingredients are more pricey,like Almond flour. First time here and had a great experience with the staff. They were very helpful. They have so many desserts to choose from and lots of pantry items which saved me from having to order online. Try the coconut cream cake - so good! Will be back and probably soon!

Went to their first location before bankruptcy. Then tried there new location. Still over priced and people that work there should practice or know about keto. Walked out as I saw it didn't change and I don't trust them .

It’s really cool place if you in keto diet. Got a pizza and sweets for my sister. They gift 4 cupcakes to anyone who visits on their birthday, make sure you bring your ID as a prove :. Really enjoyed. Thanks!

First time here. Great place for those following a keto diet and looking for treats that won't negatively effect your lifestyle. Got some cupcakes, pizzas and beef patties to try out They have a print out with the macros for their cupcakes which is very handy. Staff is friendly and willing to help you out picking products. Will recommend and come again

Just popped in here by chance, happy I did. Front staff very knowledgeable about product ingredients and net carbs per item. Which is key for a keto person. Main thing though, I normally find keto desserts to be dry because of the ingredient substitute but this blueberry cheesecake donut is the bomb!!! Moist!!!! Will be back tomorrow

Good options for low carb deserts They also carry low carb cereals which are worth trying if you crave a cereal once in a blue moon
