Kerby's Koney Island

The service was fairly good. The food, while it looked good, was awful. The soup was cool, the noodles were complete mush, and there was no flavor. The sandwich was, again, mushy and cold. It's definitely not worth the trip nor the cost. I brought my daughter here for lunch for a treat after leaving Royal Oak Beaumont as she is pregnant along with her mother-in-law. They both had fish, which neither one finished as it had been sitting for a while, and the fries were soggy. This is roughly 2 hours from our home. Never Again!

Terrible and won't be surprised to see them closed soon. Girl working wasn't doing anything when we came in yet we cldnt hardly find a clean table when went to sit down. Lukewarm friendliness. Menus were dirty. Walls dirty, salt pepper shaker sticky and dirty. Ketchup bottles were empty even one we grabbed from new table was empty. Napkin holder was disgusting see pics attached. Prices way to high for subpar cheap food. Will never come back. Came here for a quick bite after work wish we didn't. I didn't even order because I didn't want give this place anymore money then I needed to. Let wife have a quick bite of chicken tenders and fries and I snuck one just to satisfy my hunger until we cld get a real bite to eat later. I know Kerby's aren't 5 star dining but many are way better then this nasty place. Terrible.

Pros. Tasted okay Wife loved her Kerby chicken thingy. Cons. I thought the wiener would be bigger and coved in more stuff. It's a mall Coney Island. It's fine.

How can you mess up fries and a coney dog? The fries were white as a sheet of paper. They were flimsy and clearly undercooked. Fries should have some color and be crispy. The hotdog was cold.

It was ok, people were nice and food was good. We came for breakfast before the rush and it was nice and quiet while we ate. Pretty small dining room for a Kerby's which I actually prefer. French toast was pretty awesome! Overall 5 stars :Food: 5/5

My coworkers and I went there a few weeks ago and we had fast and friendly service. Our waitresses Samantha and Crystal were great, and the Manager who cashed us out was fantastic. We will definitely be going back there again!

Vanessa is the best waitress. I come there often and she is always there. I dont like any other waitress. If she is not there i leave due to having a bad experience with a newly hired waitressFood: 5/5

I frequently eat lunch at Kerby's. It is easy to get to, the food is consistently well prepared, the staff go out of their way to make customers feel welcomed and their prices are reasonable. In addition to their typical coney choices I enjoy their Michigan Cherry Salad and Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables. Parking: Ample parking is located right outside the restaurant.

It was a quiet night so we received VIP treatment from a very friendly and cheerful waitress. She didn't act bothered that we had Disturbed her I hate that.Food: 5/5

Food was Way overpriced at this location, for instance just a Detroit Coney Bun, Hotdog, Chili, mustard, onions was twice the price you would spend at the corner of Michigan and Lafayette Blvd in Downtown, service was quite slow as well. Food quality was okay. Just we won't be heading out of our way to go back to this location anyways.
