Applebee's Grill + Bar

My family & I walked in with a party of 13. Celebrating my father being exonerated. We were told it would be a 20min wait because there were no tables large enough to accommodate us. So we asked if we could be split up, half at one table & half at another. We we're told they couldn't do that. We ended up waiting for a little over an hour & then decided to leave. I went back in to get the manager name Danny & the 2 girls who we were dealing with while waiting Liyah & Mya Liyah stated she was ready to seat us I asked were she was going to sit us, she pointed to a large table that had been vacant the entire time we were waiting. I then asked why did we have to wait so long when that table had be available the whole time. Liyah then stated she was waiting on 3 other tables and she wasn't going to be able to help us until she finished with the other tables. There were several people just standing around doing nothing & there were multiple tables available. This was on a Sunday afternoon WHY only one waitress. MYA had a lot to say under her breath

Been to Applebee's for first time with kids. Food was fresh, service was quick. Recommend to visit Vegetarian options: Limited veg options Kid-friendliness: Plenty options for Kids meals

This is the worst Applebees experience I have EVER had. I sat in the parking lot for more than an hour and nothing was ever said about a wait. The workers could have said they were as busy as they were. I got there at 7:30 and was there past 8:30. When I got home there was a meal from my order missing that I had paid for. When we called to explain the situation, the phone was ringing for at least 7 minutes.

The food was great ordered the French Dip and all you can eat boneless wings. Drinks were yummy but did not seem all that strong. Service was good and quick considering the restaurant was half full on a Friday night and we had to wait due to staff shortages. There were two server trainees on the floor and ours did great.

Had an amazing experience here. This was the best apple bees location I've ever been to. Best deals, best happy hour, and most importantly the best staff. The manager, Wes, here is so kind to everyone. Great to the customers and staff. Food was great. Came for a birthday and they were more than kind. Could not have had a better time! 10000% reccomend!

Stopped in with my 2 lady friends. We had a good time! Mostly due to our fabulous server Jordan who was excellent and took great care of us!! And oh yeah, everybody liked the food too. Wilma had the fiesta lime chicken and Jane had a Burger. I had The boneless wings. I'm sure we will be back!

I had best service from my hostess Maya to our server Destiny kind, honest, and fun! Most importantly our food and drinks were delicious and came out pretty fast! They were busy so it was about a 10 min wait but their team worked HARD & FAST.

Just an AMAZING experience… Got there and asked about sitting on the side of the restaurant with the restroom due to my brother is disabled and I didn’t want him to have to walk a long distance if he needed to use the restroom. The host stated that that side was filled but if I could give him a few minutes he would get us a table on that side. Well while waiting my brother had to go to the restroom and while he was in there I heard a thump. I asked one of the ladies if there was someone that could check on my brother and within a few seconds a young man came from the back to check him. He was ok. We were then seated and Leah whom is such a sweet young lady came to take our order. She was very patient with waiting for my brother who can’t speak very well. The food came out very quickly. I then asked to speak to the manager to let her know how AWESOME her staff is and found out Jaimie the manager is the young lady who went and got the young man to check on my brother…She thanked me for the kind words and offered us dessert on her which she and her staff is the ones that needs the GIFT because they are truly a BLESSING. I’m truly GRATEFUL for her AMAZING STAFF and will be visiting them again soon.

Went for dinner with some neighbors. We had to take in the ALL YOU CAN EAT WINGS! That was very good. We had Nate serve us - he was the Best! Good service, a great personality - he made this dinner party fun that we look forward to doing again soon AND we hope Nate’s working then.

Food was good. The pretzel beer cheese appetizer was served perfectly. Crispy outside, soft inside, cheese warm. Always enjoy the quesadilla burger. Just discovered I can get 4 cheese macaroni in a side dish. Server was great. Allow yourself time, as usual.Food: 5/5
