Sunday afternoon, 4:00 o'clock, BC day weekend! It was about 33 degrees, and a good sized lineup. But, they dealt with us all quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the lineup was patient, polite and even helpful with strollers at the door, etc. The ice cream is great. Good prices. I enjoyed a sea salt caramel in a dish,and the one scoop size fit perfectly!
Delicious variety of flavors. I had mocha almond fudge and cherry in a dipped waffle cone. Also purchased some island farms green tea icecream while I was there. Friendly staff, great service, excellent icecream, beautiful area, indoor and outdoor seating... Definitely recommend this place!
Large gluten free waffle cones! They only have 1 flavour of dairy free sorbet unfortunately but the scoops are generous in size so that’s a plus. It would be 5 stars for me if they had more sorbet options. The picture is of a gluten free waffle cone and the orange sorbet, single size scoop which is 1 and a half scoops!.
The only issue I experienced was a test of my will power not to buy more than 2 scoops. Not only do they have a great selection of flavors, but each one is made with quality ingredients. I got the classic strawberry because you can tell a lot from how an ice cream shop makes their strawberry ice cream as well as the raspberry swirl, both were delicious! Be sure to get a waffle cone
Exceptional quality and flavors, worth a detour. Been looking all over for tiger flavor, and was delighted to find it here shark bite was awesome, too!. Great service, value, and portions. Waffle cones were flawless at containing the ice cream, and delicious to eat. Well done!
Tasty little ice cream joint. You can smell the fresh waffle cones being made. Makes your mouth water. Lots of flavors and seasonal fruit flavors. Come and enjoy a fresh scoop on a hot day!
Delicious ice cream! Creamy, Flavourful and made from Canadian Diary products. Highly Recommend! The store is organized with a traffic light on the door. The order board is outside the store to help speed up the process inside. When you first walk in the aroma of waffle cones, candy and ice cream is lovely. It takes you back to your childhood summers. The staff was fantastic and helped make the process run smoothly. Choosing between the cone types and ice cream flavours is all part of fun. The staff never make you feel rushed. They go above and beyond by offer samples. There is undercover seating in the shade or picnic tables on the grassy area. The grassy area was a lovely place to spend a summer day with our puppy while enjoying island farms ice-cream. If you are looking for good ice cream with a wonderful experience, this is the place.
This place deserves more recognition..Best ice cream I've ever had! Homemade waffle cones and bowls. Salt water toffee and other treats. Homemade ice cream sandwiches. Old fashioned sodas. Friendly staff. Never buying ice cream from the grocery store ever again. Highly recommend!
Huge sign before you walk in telling you how to order can’t try any flavours and it’s just basic icecream at hand crafted prices. Should have just canceled my order when I couldn’t try a flavour. But what ever ice cream is ice cream at the end of the day just figured for $20 would be more hand crafted than generic brand
Had a really great pumpkin pie milkshake. It was like drinking homemade pumpkin pie. Love the new decor as well. The stop go sign on the door was a great idea. Saves peaking in to count home many people are inside lol.
