KENT Picture Framing

Used yelp to see if there were any great framing shops I may not have known about, and KENT jumped to the top of the list and is but a short drive away. I took my ukiyo-e print to them, and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It began well: I said "this is special, so I'd like to use the museum quality good stuff" and they said "that's all we ever use," so I knew I was in good hands. The finished product looked terrific I'd post a pic, but it's under wraps until Christmas and was, given how busy they are, relatively swiftly done, in about two/three weeks.

I found Kent via Google search for picture framing professionals in Vancouver, and I'm glad I did! Kent was super responsive and great to communicate with via email. He mounted a 60" x 30" giclee print on wood canvas for me and installed really sturdy and good quality mounting hardware. It looks great in my office. Once I decide what style and colour floater frame I want for it, as well as some other pieces of canvas art in the house, I'm definitely going to return.

Great place to get something framed professionally! We had a soccer shirt that needed reframing the original frame that came with the shirt was very flimsy. Kent was great at showing us options and the final cost. Turnaround was 3 week but we were not in a rush. Final product was great and we can't wait to hang it up!

I brought in a print to be framed for a Christmas gift at Kent's Framing. The staff were really helpful and recommended some options as they had framed this exact print before. They gave me a price quote and stated it would take about a week. They called and texted to let me know it was ready. They did an amazing job and I was really pleased. Unfortunately, the frame was dropped when it was being hung at home. I brought it back to Kent's for repair. They graciously did not charge anything extra for the repair, which they obviously did not have to do as the damage was my own fault. I would highly recommend Kent's Framing if you want quality work and excellent customer service. I will be returning in the future.

9/10 rounds up to 5/5 The framing team here is absolutely outstanding. I came by with a tricky framing request as it was a multi layered piece and they did an unbelievable job. The care that goes into each framing job makes it well worth it. Our quote was 30% more than quote at Michael's, but again worth it in my opinion. Will be back for those special pieces for sure. They are extremely busy, turn around was about a month, but they were upfront at first visit on their schedule.

I never write reviews for places but I had to for this one. KENT Framing was so professional with their work. I dealt with Kent directly and I was so pleased. Gave me a great quote, and was able to frame a poster before Christmas for me in such a short time frame. The poster turned out great and I could not be happier. I have nothing but great things to say, please don't hesitate to go here!

I recently ordered a mirror with Kent Picture Framing. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the level of responsiveness always got quick responses to my emails. They also have a fairly good collection of frames and the one I selected looks great on my mirror. I highly recommend Kent Picture Framing if you need a custom made framed mirror!

Kent and his team are true professionals. I went to have two painting reframed and they did an excellent job. They were patient with me as I tried to make my selections and the quality of their workmanship was second to none at a reasonable price.
