Kent Kallander - COUNTRY Financial representative

Such a wonderful experience! This post is on behalf of our Church/Christian Education center which I represent on the Board of Directors. As a smaller organization we realized we still needed to make protecting our ministry as great a priority as a mega congregation. After researching and contacting several entities, the perfect match is Country Financial and specifically their representative Mr. Kent Kallander, LUTCF, FSS! From initial contact to more than 5 years later, Kent’s proficiency and customer service has been and continues to be exemplary. He offered advice, gathered knowledge about our needs and made a recommendation that covers our specific ministry functions. When I asked Kent if he was a Christian his unashamed reply of yes told us he understands that passion must be legally protected so we can function in our ministry without the burden of fear of insufficient liability coverage. He has checked in on us when he knew we faced personal challenges and also kept abreast of deadlines with patience, caring and a great sense of humor. Was able to find a great rate that met all of our needs! Phosay was very friendly and easy to work with and did great at explaining everything along the way.

I suggest if you have any other option for auto insurance to not go with County Financial. Every 6 months something is off. Called Kent and told him personally that for some reason on the app is saying that I owe more money even though I payed in full $1800 for 6 months premium same balance it was giving me on the contract for which I have reciept. Just to call them today to update one of the vehicles policies to hear that they CANCELED our insurance policy 2 weeks ago without even letting us know! We’ve been driving for over 2 weeks without insurance thanks to them. Apparently we didn’t pay in full, after Kent himself told me a month ago he will talk with underwriters and to not worry about balance on the app it’s wrong. The way business is done here is just funny every 6 months something else..

Phosay is very patient and helpful. She gave me multiple vehicle insurance options and assisted me in making an informed choice of plans for our new vehicle purchase.

This team is top notch. Need something last minute? They have got you. Have a dumb question? Also super helpful. I work with a lot of insurance companies for my job, and there are many great ones, but this is the team I choose to insure me personally. And for good reason. I highly recommend them!
