Kent City Ford

I first contacted the Kent City Ford service department by phone to request an estimate. I’m not from the area so I had no idea what to expect from them. They quickly answered my phone call, assisted me with a little humor and were more than willing to get my vehicle in the next day to get fixed (they had to order a part). Once I arrived (both to drop off my vehicle and pick it up) I was greeted with great customer service! Although I don’t live in the area, I will definitely make the trip for my vehicle’s future needs. Thank you all for your great service!

My dad bought a truck here a few weeks ago and worked with Jim. Such a friendly dealer (not at all like a typical car dealer) and spotted an Escape that I had been looking for. I went back one week later to test drive it, and Jim not only had it parked out front and ready to go, but also worked out prices for me for that car and a newer one, as well as what they'd give me for a trade on my old car BEFORE I even got there. The whole transaction was so smooth, and Jim was so nice to deal with. Would go back there ANYTIME to get another car!!!

Highly recommend Kent City Ford! Just picked up my second vehicle from there today. I knew when I needed a new car who to call. Very Friendly staff and my handsome salesman Eric is always so helpful!

We are internet shoppers and appreciated the transparent pricing and personal follow-up that John Marchell gave to our inquiry. After visiting several lots in the area, Kent City Ford had the best prices and inventory to suit our needs. Their sales and finance process was seamless. We had our last truck for 16 years and really believe we got a great deal along with the great service!
