Want to give a big thank you to Home Depot employee Alexa! Spent a few hours today driving around Grand Rapids looking for a certain item....no luck... Stopped by your store....found a item that I was going to just settle on....close enough....and I just wanted to get home. Alexa asked if I found what I needed...I said not really....but this was close enough. She said "let me check to see this is the only kind we carry." She then proceeded to pull out what a I think was her own cell phone and said..."I think we're in luck...looks like in isle 15 we have a different style". I thanked her and headed to isle 15....way at the end in a little box was exactly what I was looking for! I was heading back to Alexa...and there she was! Coming to check on me to make sure I found what I needed!! I gave her a hug.... Her help meant the world to me.... Thank you Home Depot ....thank you Alexa....Happy Holidays....

I usually have a decent experience but today my husband and I went in to get a door for our nursery and we waited about 15 minutes for someone to help us and the woman that did couldn't because, even though they said the door we wanted was in stock, she couldn't find it so she went to find someone else. Then we waited another half an hour for that person to tell us the door we wanted wasn't in stock. So someone in inventory messed up and wasted a lot of our time and i was very unhappy with the customer service.

If you buy something here you better like it because there inpossable to return things to. The now have a losing lottery ticket program if your returning things and the computer spits out a dont return ticket they cant do anything for you, even the store manager throws his arms up in the air powerlessly. Im a contractor and im going to drive the extra miles to lowes untill they correct this problem.

Good Service, bad phone systems. I've called multiple times and there is always a delay on the phone that makes it hard to communicate and very difficult to use the dial directory.

Caring people and great service! I always receive great service every time I go into Home Depot and someone is always there to answer questions or eagerly listen to concerns that I have! Thank you guys for your wonderful staff
