I had a great experience with the owners. They prepared, delivered and set-up the flowers for my wedding in October - everything from the bouquets, boutonnieres, centrepieces and additional table arrangements. The flowers greatly exceeded my expectations and Diane and her husband were so pleasant to work with. The price was very reasonable. I can't say enough great things and I'm recommending this shop to all of my friends!

This is my favourite flower shop. I am grateful to live nearby and can buy beautifully arranged flowers at reasonable prices for any occasion. I also drop in sometimes just to enjoy the beauty of the fresh arrangements and speak with the friendly, kind owner. She has gone out of her way to help me with out of town flower deliveries for a distant family member. I trust her with my order details and am delighted with the arrangements that are delivered on my behalf.

I have been buying flowers from this store for long time, each time I am very happy with the design and the flower's freshness. The week before last week I got a bouquet for my aunt's birthday, she loves it, and sent me a picture today, the flowers are still look very nice, it has been almost two weeks. The bouquet arranged very nicely too, my aunt said she just open the package and put in a vase, didn't do anything else. She is very happy about that. Love your work and flowers, will come back next month for the baby shower flowers. Good luck and all the best!

WORST experience with a business of any kind ever in my whole life in Toronto! 'Owner' continuously interrupted before allowing me to fully explain my request, and when I finally had to assert myself, she screamed incoherently, non-stop, actually telling me I treated her like a 'slave?!' (Personal issues?) ...Regardless, it was not only upsetting and unprofessional, but she then said she would be refunding the cost and retrieving the arrangement (a gift to my 90-yr-old mother at a retirement residence)! Unconscionable! ...A new discovery: a narcissistic, sociopathic flower business! Who'd a 'thunk'? (Costs slightly less expensive than florists in the area, but the difference is made up by the abuse the customer must endure!) Spend the little extra; it's worth it to be treated with respect and as a valued client.
