We arrived in at 8pm, probably it was rushing time because we waited to be seated and waited so long to be served. But when the waitress came, she was so nice and efficient that everything before was fine. The food was perfect. My husband ordered messy fish and I ordered bacon bourbon bbq burger, they're huge!!! The fries was delicious!

I usually go with my family to Kelseys in Niagara but my son asked me to order the wings he likes. So, living in Hamilton, I decided to order first time to this one which for my surprise was not good. The wings were a bit over fried and I ordered the large 15 wings and received just 12. Disappointed! *I was contacted by the management and I really appreciated our conversation and the wish to make it right, and so changing my rate from 3 to 5, hoping and trusting next time it'll be better... **This 2nd picture is from today which we got happily surprised by the taste and the side served. I'm from out of town. This was my first visit here. My server, Heather, was great. She's attentive and considerate. Which resonated with the other staff. Great atmosphere and it seems that because of the quality of the service and food and because of the staff there are a lot of regulars at this location. A very inclusive place to gather with friends and family. I will most definitely recommend this location to others.

When I first arrived, the lady looked at me and said I will be right with you but she went back talking to her colleague. Another lady came over and helped us. I am not one to complain but the food we had at Kelsey's Upper James was terrible. The food came luke warm. The rice came with my steak was over night rice because it came in a cluster and dry. The steak was cooked perfectly but by the time I got it was luke warm. You can tell it has been sitting for awhile. The wings were dried and cold. The sweet potatoes were not fresh, it has a weird taste. Maybe low grade. Overall, not happy there.

We arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night without a reservation, and had a 15 minute wait to be seated. It was obvious that the restaurant was short-staffed. Besides that, the server was great, and our food tasted fine. I had the Thai Curry Rice and Shrimp bowl. Because they were short-staffed, our server never returned to our table after food was delivered and so, using a QR code that was on the table, we checked out ourselves out.

If you don't wanna serve properly then just say no that it's late and tell people to find some place else.on google timing says till 11 We arrived about 9ish upon arrival we were being told that the last call will be at 10:15 which was okay We immediately ordered food and drinks. The serving was fast for beer since it doesn't take long to fill only half the pitcher we thought maybe she was in a hurry we didn't care.Right away We ordered a second pitcher since the first one was only half.But nol luck second was even more less than first one. Anyways let's move to food. My friend had a yeast allergy so server suggested a salad.Which my friend agreed to since you know it's late we didn't want any trouble for them.I have worked in a restaurant I know how it is around closing time The salad arrived with "croutons" in it and burnt chicken of course. Also in frame we have kettle chips which according to me were burnt but when I questioned nicely I was being told they are "crispy".Not gonna lie best burnt crispy kettle chips in town if you can eat. I really like this place it was my 4-5th visits but the worst experience I had till now hands down.

Our server Ena was wonderful! She checked in on our table an appropriate amount of times, was personable and friendly each time. She was very sweet to bring us out a cookie with ice cream for dessert as it was my birthday!

I was tossed between a three and a four on this review, our waitress was quite pleasant and chatty, my boyfriend had the wings and fries he was very happy with the wings he chose lemon pepper and sweet Thai. I ordered the chicken salad no goat cheese with substitute feta unfortunately it came with goat cheese but I didn't feel like sending my meal back so I picked out the goat cheese and they in turn gave me a small container of feta. The salad was really soggy and the beets were prepared very differently from when I had ordered this salad in the summer. It was not at all like the salad I had originally purchased in the past. I have included some pictures of our meal.

Ordered chicken wings and salad...had a dead fly in my celery next to the wings! Their answer oh it didn't come from the kitchen...i don't carry dead flies with me...offered me dessert and that's it, still had to pay the bill minus the wings no discount no comp nothing. Just have a nice day. SMH we won't be coming back that's for sure. Update was initially contacted by Kelseys management referring to my post. Was offered a thirty dollar gift card via email. That was approximately 5 days ago...to date I have received nothing.

Kasey our server was friendly and efficient, was quick to bring drinks and take our order. Was a great night out after a long day at work. Plus I earned bonus scene points so that is also a perk for dining out at Kelseys.
