This is the garbage food and quality you can expect from eating at Bolton Kelseys. Long wait times, under staffed and some servers with 0% skill for customer service. I will never go back there even if they paid for my meals for a month. Mine and my families meals were trash and cold. The bright side is the dogs got some food they don’t normally get.
I am a bit dissapointed with the quality and taste of the food at Kelseys. I got the breaded shrimp starter and the chicken burger with fries for the main. The shrimp starter was over seasoned and tasted very salty. Would not order that again. The chicken burger was decent at best. Not much flavor and also tasted a tad salty. The French fries were as basic as can be.
Had a great experience. Service was great and food was delicious. I will definitely go back. We've ordered Mac n Cheese for the Kids, Chicken Wings and Chicken Fajitas and Cookies & Ice Cream for dessert. The Wildberries Sangria is awesome. Btw be aware it's a gigantic jar.
The food was really good and the cake dessert was not as fluffy as it looked but sadly the variety is smaller to pick from than before and they have removed a lot of food, they gave big portions that I had to take some home. The service was not the best and could use improvement because I waited for what felt like forever just for someone to deliver my meal and get the check.
If I could rate this restaurant a zero I would , took forever for the food to come and there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. I had the Nashville chicken burger I cut it in half and took two bites of the sandwich and I took look at it and there was a hair In my sandwich I had to pull it out a little and I wasn’t showing my hair I wear a head scarf and it was blonde hair . This was disgusting I literally lost my appetite after I have never experienced this in my life and the waitress had the nerve to say it would be 50% off when the food should have been free at this point , there was someone else hair inside the chicken burger , I would definitely not recommend this restaurant horrible service horrible food I would never go back again .
Need new management. Dessert menu have 3 items with ice cream but no Ice cream were available. Come on keep customers happy, if you can't get your shipment in time. Buy at Walmart that stock plenty of ice cream. But I guess it is better to charge full price for items on menu that are not as advertised. No thank you, plenty of other well managed restaurants in Bolton to support. You won't see me and my family again.
I came here last night with a few friends for drinks and I was beyond impressed with the service! We showed up a little late and our server Sam was the most accomodating and kind!! She was so bubbly and warm, food and drinks came super quick and the overall atmosphere was a great vibe! Thanks for making our night a great one Sam! :
I got the Nashville chicken and kettle chips, and it was well worth the price!! 3 whole chicken breasts in my sandwich which were excellent. Our server Jessica was super kind and informative, and sure seems to know what she is doing! Dietary restrictions: Tons of options and they have never denied any of my requests!
Had dinner here the other day with my son after his hockey gamewhich he lost 4-1. Food was great and the service was fantastic. Our server Maddi recommended us the balsamic chicken which was absolutely scrumptious. Definitely be back soon!
Great staff and service, they are really fast and helpful with recommendations. Foods were not hit the spot. We enjoyed a fun dinner, but I m not sure if there is something to take me back there. Service 5 Food 3 Prices 3 Ambiance 4 Drinks 4
