Kellens Florist of Mount Prospect

This is the best! on time,reasonable price,professional! I had all bouquets,centerpieces,flower on my wedding cake and all flowers for my wedding and my bridal bouquet is the most beautiful I've seen in my life. I got everything exactly I want.

I made an order online which were suppose to be a variety of flowers in a vase and looking at the picture online, I was expecting for it to look exactly like that considering this florist is a local florist. When they delivered this order it looked NOTHING like it was suppose to. The flowers were completely different, they weren't even in a vase and it looked completely unprofessional and not worth the money spent on it. I called this florist and explained them my situation and he said its not his problem that he didn't have the exact flowers in the shop at the time and he was not going to go out of his way to go make this bouquet the way that I purchased and expected it to be like. He also informed me that he was not a photographer to make the pictures exactly like they actually are. I DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase flowers from this florist. They are unprofessional and extremely rude.
