If I could give this place no stars I would. This Dr. Karaszewski tho lady is rude, unsympathetic, impatient and unwilling. She only cares about her time and doesnt allow you to discuss more than 2 topics at a time or u have to make another appointment. She wrote a note for me to be out of work and never sent the referal for follow up with the orthopedic Institute a month later I go into the office to request to go back to work and she raises her voice at me and tries to make it my fault takes no accountability for her inability to send referral and writes an Against medical advise note back to work. do not come to this clinic. She is awful.

Kathleen Karaszewski cleaned out an ear and I found blood coming out of my ear after I left. She refused to fill out FMLA paperwork after the forms she sent in were denied due to them being faxed in late...my job depends on this paperwork. Oh...and I still have an ear infection after a month because she incorrectly prescribed amoxicillin....read the other reviews out there. She should be your absolute last resort.

My entire family sees NP. Leon. She can come off a bit aloof, but in reality she's very friendly. She worked hard to get me on a proper regimen for my high blood pressure and provided me with some printouts of stretches and exercises for the chronic neck pain cervical vertebrae injury and resulting arthritic wearing from which I suffered. These have dramatically reduced my pain and I've been able to discontinue my pain medication and muscle relaxers, and my blood pressure is finally under control. My only complaint is that its nigh impossible to get a swift appointment. Most of the time the only available, non emergency openings are 2-3 months out. I highly recommend Keeling Health Center.

I have absolutely had it with this location. My appointments have been canceled multiple times without notice. I’m tired of them wasting my time

It was horrible experience. Very bad customer service. My mom had appointment on Wednesday, they send a message that arrived 15 mins early. I took my mom there , even my mom had appointment, they let my mom waited almost 2 hours. It was freaking ridiculous. So disappointed. Everyone please make sure when you come don’t let them control your time.

I have Seaning Dr Mary since 3 years she is very friendly and professional have no problem also she is my Son Primery Care too.

I love, love, love this clinic and it’s staff!! Everyone was friendly, informative and kind. Highly recommend!

Don't have Dr. Mary G. Leon as your dr. She is rude and not very helpful to your health!
